As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Chennai Bench:-
Cancellation and Extinguishment of Promoters Shareholdings:
The entire Equity Shares held by the existing Promoters/Promoter Group shall be reduced and extinguished;
Reduction and consequent Consolidation of Equity Shares held by Public Shareholders :
The Equity Shares held by existing Public Shareholders shall stand restructured, reduced, reorganized, consolidated and extinguished (as required) such that the Equity Shares held by the existing Public Shareholders post such Capital reduction and Consolidation shall be 6,31,579 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each constituting 1% (One Percent) of the Issued and Paid Up Equity Share Capital of the Company;
