Birla Tyre Limited vide its announcement dated October 21, 2023, informed the Exchange that “Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench on October 19, 2023, has approved the resolution plan under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.”
The Company vide its announcement dated October 25, 2023, further informed that, as per Resolution Plan approved by NCLT under IBC, shares of the Company will be extinguished with NIL value and will also be delisted from all the Stock Exchanges, where listed.
In the above circumstances and to avoid market complications, trading in the securities of Birla Tyre Ltd, will be suspended w.e.f. October 30, 2023.
