This is in continuation of the Exchange notice no. 20231219-32 dated December 19, 2023 for Offer for Sale (OFS) whereby Madhu Prakash Parekh, being one of the promoters of HCP Plastene Bulkpack Ltd (the “Company”), proposes to sell 14,93,873 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each representing 13.99 % of share capital of the Company on December 20, 2023 (“T Day”) (for non-Retail Investors only) and on December 21, 2023 (“T+1 Day”) (for Retail Investors and for non-Retail Investors from T Day, who choose to carry forward their un-allotted bids) through a separate, designated window of BSE Limited (“BSE”).
The Seller has informed the Exchange, in compliance with provisions of clause of 7.5 of OFS SEBI Circular, that unsubscribed portion of 1,02,082 equity shares (after deducting 12,42,403 equity shares being subscribed portion) of non-Retail Category will be carried forward to Retail category on December 21, 2023 (T day) and the total number of equity shares available to Retail Investors will 2,51,470 equity shares.
