Sub: International Holidays – 2024 for custodian confirmation of Institutional trades.
In continuation to our circular No. 20231109_08 dated November 09, 2023 and with reference to the Exchange Notice Nos. 20050914-19 and 20050919-25 dated September 14 and 19, 2005, respectively, pertaining to SEBI circular regarding discontinuation of Hand Delivery Bargains / Delivery versus Payment. In this connection, trading members and custodians are requested to note the following international holidays on which the institutional trades not confirmed by the custodians would not attract penalties as mentioned therein.
