This is with reference to Exchange notice no. 20220310-8 dated March 10, 2022, pertaining to SEBI Gazette Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2022/73 dated February 23, 2022. Members are requested to comply with the applicable Networth requirement w.e.f. February 22, 2024, as per Annexure-1.
