This is with reference to Notice No. 20240223-48 dated February 23, 2024 and Notice No. 20231117-3 dated November 17, 2023 with respect to Uniform Implementation of KYC requirements.
Members are hereby informed that further to the confirmation received from RTAs, changes in FATCA and UBO shall be postponed.
The revised tentative go live date will be April 1st, 2024.
