This is with reference to Exchange Notice No. 20240412-45 dated April 12, 2024 & 20240426-69 dated April 26, 2024 on “Submission of Internal Audit Report for half year ended March 31, 2024 through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System)” wherein the Members were advised to submit the internal audit report for the half year ended March 31, 2024, by May 31, 2024.
In view of the representation received from member association, Exchanges, jointly in consultation with SEBI, have decided to extend the due date for submission of the Internal Audit Report for the half year ended March 31, 2024, to June 30, 2024.
All members are advised to ensure submission of the internal audit report mentioned above on or before June 30, 2024.
