To All Market Participants
SEBI vide circular no. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-PoD-3/P/CIR/2023/81 dated May 30, 2024, has issued the “Comprehensive guidelines for Investor Protection Fund (IPF) and Investor Services Fund (ISF) for Stock Exchanges having commodity derivatives segment”.
SEBI Circular is attached herewith as Annexure A which is self-explanatory.
All market participants are requested to take note of the same.
