This is in continuation of notice no. 20240125-3 dated January 25, 2024, Trading Members and Custodians are requested to note that Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a circular no. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-PoD-3/P/CIR/2024/82 dated June 14, 2024 on “Modification in Framework for Offer for Sale (OFS) of Shares to Employees through Stock Exchange Mechanism”.
The above-mentioned circular is enclosed herewith as Annexure-I.
