This is with reference to Exchange notice no. 20240412-45 dated April 12, 2024, 20240426-69 dated April 26, 2024 and 20240530-8 dated May 30, 2024, requiring all trading members to carry out a complete internal audit for the half year ended March 31, 2024.
In view of the above, members are reminded to submit the Internal Audit Report on or before June 30, 2024, through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) in the prescribed format and comply with the regulatory requirements to avoid any penal charges/disciplinary action for the non/late submission of the report in accordance with Exchange notice no. 20220601-52 dated June 01, 2022.
