Attention of members is invited to ICCL’s following notices -
20190520-39 dated May 20, 2019,
20190731-30 dated July 31, 2019,
20190808-28 dated August 8, 2019, and
20200114-15 dated January 14, 2020
prescribing the following two reports to be uploaded to ICCL on a weekly basis -
1. DP account wise, Trading Member and ISIN wise details of securities (Non cash collateral) held
2. Trading Member wise details of Cash and Cash equivalent collateral
Members are aware that in accordance with SEBI’s circular SEBI/HO/MRD2_DCAP/CIR/2021/0598 dated July 20, 2021 clearing members are required to submit daily segregated client collateral reports to ICCL.
Further, attention of members is drawn to BSE’s Notice 20240313-35 dated March 13, 2024 informing members regarding discontinuation of the requirement of reporting of day wise Client Level Cash and Cash Equivalent Balances by trading members.
In order to ease out the compliance burden of the members, it has been decided to discontinue the requirement of reporting ‘Trading Member wise details of Cash and Cash equivalent collateral’ with immediate effect.
Accordingly, the last submission of report mentioned at serial number 2 above (Trading Member wise details of Cash and Cash equivalent collateral) shall be for the week ended on June 14, 2024 Members should continue to submit the report mentioned at serial no. 1 above as per extant procedure.
Members are requested to note that the data reported by them towards segregation and monitoring of collateral at client level is used by ICCL for undertaking monitoring and supervisory activities. Members are therefore, advised to submit accurate data in segregated client collateral report as prescribed.
