Attention of members is drawn to SEBI’s Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2024/87 dated June 24, 2024 on ‘Electronic Gold Receipts (EGRs)’.
This Master Circular supersedes SEBI’s Master Circular dated June 1, 2023 on EGRs and incorporates all circulars issued by SEBI on EGRs till May 31, 2024. A copy of the SEBI’s circular dated June 24, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure.
All Members are requested to take note and ensure compliance.
