Attention of Members is drawn to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Circular no. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-PoD-3/2024/088 dated June 25, 2024, prescribing guidelines with regard to the functions and composition of various statutory committees of MIIs.
