All market participants are hereby informed that an open offer is made Mr. Nitin Minocha to the public shareholders of CITYGOLD CREDIT CAPITAL LIMITED (“TARGET COMPANY”) at a price of Rs. 16.50/- (Rupees Sixteen Rupees and fifty paise only) including interest at the rate of 10.00% (ten percent) per annum (‘offer price’), payable in cash,, to acquire up to 8,32,130 (Eight lakhs Thirty-Two Thousand one hundred and Thirty) fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each representing 26% of Emerging Voting Share Capital of the Target Company pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 3 (1) and 4 of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, for substantial acquisition of Equity Shares and Voting Share Capital accompanied with change in control and management of the Target Company.
