Members,
As per directions received from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the investors subscribing to the Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGB) tranches, are required to submit an additional declaration regarding their eligibility for SGB tranches. The declaration is required to be obtained along with the application form (both online/offline mode of application) from the investor during the upcoming SGB tranches.
All the members are required to seek the additional declaration from their investors, before submitting the bids on behalf of the investors on the IBBS / STAR MF platform for subscribing to SGB.
The additional declaration format is annexed herewith.
Members are requested to take note of the same and comply.
