Starlite Components Ltd. vide its announcement has informed the Exchange that “Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has approved the resolution plan under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.”
The Company has further informed the Exchange that as per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble NCLT under IBC, equity shares of the Company will be extinguished without any pay out to it’s shareholders.
In view of the above circumstances and to avoid market complications, trading in the securities of Starlite Components Ltd., will be suspended w.e.f. September 09, 2024.
