Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, pursuant to the Composite  Scheme of Arrangement (Amalgamation) between DEEP ENERGY RESOURCES LTD (“Transferor Company”) and PRABHA ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED(“Transferee Company”), as sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench., DEEP ENERGY RESOURCES LTD has informed the Record Date fixed for the purpose of Amalgamation and to determine the entitlement of shareholders of DEEP ENERGY RESOURCES LTD to the Equity Shares of PRABHA ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED.

Trading Members are advised not to deal in the Equity Shares of DEEP ENERGY RESOURCES LTD with effect from the under mentioned date:-

Subject to compliance with requisite formalities, the Equity Shares of the Transferree Company i.e. PRABHA ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED on its conversion into Public Limited Company,  will be listed on BSE Limited.
