Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation between IDFC LIMITED (“Amalgamating Company”) and IDFC FIRST BANK LIMITED (“Amalgamated Company”), as sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench. IDFC LIMITED has informed the Record Date fixed for the purpose of Amalgamation and to determine the entitlement of shareholders of IDFC LIMITED to Equity Shares of IDFC FIRST BANK LIMITED.
Trading Members are advised not to deal in the Equity Shares of IDFC LIMITED with effect from the under mentioned date :-

As per the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation sanctioned by the Hon’ble NCLT, Chennai Bench ;
Upon the Scheme becoming effective and in consideration of the Amalgamation of IDFC LIMITED with and INTO IDFC FIRST BANK LIMITED;
IDFC FIRST BANK LIMITED shall Issue and allot Equity Shares to the Shareholders of IDFC LIMITED in the following proportion:
"155 Fully Paid-Up Equity Shares of the Face Value of Rs.10/- each of IDFC FIRST BANK LIMITED will be issued for every 100 Fully Paid-Up Equity Shares of the Face Value of Rs.10/- each held by such members in IDFC LIMITED"
