Upon the Scheme becoming effective and in consideration of the Amalgamationof JUBILANT INDUSTRIES LIMITED with and INTO JUBILANT AGRI AND CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD;
JUBILANT AGRI AND CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD shall Issue and allot Equity Shares to the Shareholders of JUBILANT INDUSTRIES LIMITED. in the following proportion:
"01 Fully Paid-Up Equity Share of the Face Value of Rs.10/- each of JUBILANT AGRI AND CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD will be issued for every 01 Fully Paid-Up Equity Share of the Face Value of Rs.10/- each held by such members in JUBILANT INDUSTRIES LIMITED"
