As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench :
i) 100% of the equity share capital held by the existing Promoter Shareholders to be cancelled without payment of any consideration. Thereby all existing promoters of the Company have ceased to the Promoters of the Company.
ii) The Public Shareholding shall be 5% post Reduction of Share Capital.
