Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that Trading Member Maxgrowth Capital Private Limited (Clg. No. 3293) is declared as defaulter w.e.f. October 23, 2024, for violation of following Rules, Regulations and Bye – laws of the Exchange:

Rule 1 and 7 of Chapter IV of the Rules of the Exchange

Bye – law 1(a), 1(b) and 1(c) of Chapter XIV of the Bye – laws of the Exchange

Regulation 4.2.1 (e), 4.6.2 (b) and 4.6.3 (f) of Chapter 4 of the Capital Market Segment of the Exchange
As per the Exchange records, Authorized Persons (details attached as Annexure 1) affiliated with Maxgrowth Capital Private Limited are henceforth not authorized to deal in that capacity and their registration stands withdrawn.
Trading Members and investors are advised to take note of the same.
