This is in continuation to the Exchange notice 20240513-22 dated May 13, 2024, 20240909-12 dated Sep 09, 2024 and 20241004-47 dated Oct 04, 2024 prescribing the format of the contract note, STP IFN515 and FAQs for providing ECN with single WAP for trades across Exchanges. We also refer to FAQs issued on Oct 22, 2024 by Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd. and NSE Clearing Ltd. related to implementation of revised contract note at CCs end.
Based on the representations received from Members/Custodians and discussions with key stakeholders, it has been decided to extend the timelines for aforesaid compliance till Jan 31, 2025.
Members, Custodians and Vendors are required to take note of the above for ensuring the compliance by January 31, 2025.
