Jet Airways (India) Limited vide its announcement dated November 7, 2024, has informed the Exchange that the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India vide Order dated November 7, 2024, in the matter of Civil Appeal Nos. 5023-5024 of 2024) directed initiation of Liquidation Proceedings with respect to the company.
In view of the above and to avoid market complications, trading in the securities of Jet Airways (India) Limited is suspended w.e.f. November 8, 2024.
