As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench,:-
The entire existing paid-up share capital of the Corporate Debtor (the Company) shall stand cancelled on the effective date.
Subsequently, the Successful Resolution Applicant shall allot such no. of shares to the promoter category for achieving 90% paid-up share capital of the Corporate Debtor (the Company).
Further, the remaining 10% paid-up share capital shall be allotted to existing shareholders (Public Category) in proportion of their existing shareholding in the Corporate Debtor (the Company).
