The Exchange is issuing a guidance note to assist merchant bankers in the preparation of Offer documents for submission on the BSE SME platform.
This guidance includes the criteria for return /rejection of offer documents which is outlined in ‘Annexure -1’ and should be read alongside ‘Annexure A’
Additionally the Exchange is introducing turnaround timelines in respect of processing of SME offer documents (TAT for SME offer documents) . This requirement is applicable on merchant banker/issue companies for the processing of offer documents and submission of reply to the queries raised by the Exchange.
The requirement will be effective immediately starting from November 19 ,2024 and will apply to all SME offer documents submitted to BSE SME. Please refer ‘Annexure 2’for further details.
