As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench,:-
Capital Restructuring:
As per the approved Resolution Plan, the existing share capital of INR 15,79,05,000/-will be Extinguished/Written off.
Pursuant to Promoter reclassification, the shareholding of former Promoters shall be considered as part of the Public Shareholding and shall be written Off.
Trading will be resumed once Resolution Applicant will restore the Public Float requirements within the specified period as per the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 or any amendments thereafter.
