Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 (“Master Circular”) (Erstwhile SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2020/12 dated January 22,2020), Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the below mentioned scrips will be transferred to ‘Z’ / ‘ZP’/ ‘ZY’/ ’MT’ group with effect from January 03 ,2025, due to non-compliances for two consecutive quarters i.e. June 2024 & September 2024 for the Regulation 76 of SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations, 2018.
