Corporate Action for ITC Limited in the BSE Indices
MUMBAI, DECEMBER 31, 2024: ITC Limited (Exchange Ticker – 500875, “ITC”) is demerging its hotels business into ITC Hotels Limited (“ITCHL”) effective Monday, January 06, 2025. ITC shareholders will receive 1 share of ITCHL for every 10 shares held in ITC. ITCHL shares are expected to list on Bombay Stock Exchange at a future date.
The company ITC Limited (ITC) will be a part of Special Pre-Open Session (“SPOS”) on Monday, January 06, 2025, conducted by the Bombay Stock Exchange.
On account of the above scheme of arrangement, effective Monday, January 06, 2025, ITCHL will be added to the following BSE Indices at zero price (Close of January 03, 2025) without divisor adjustment.

From the close of trading on Monday, January 06, 2025, until the listing of ITCHL on the exchange:
· ITCHL will be maintained in all the BSE Indices at a constant price i.e., the difference between the close price of ITC on Friday, January 03, 2025, and open price of ITC discovered during the SPOS on Monday, January 06, 2025, adjusted by the distribution ratio.
Effective at the open of ITCHL listing date + 3 business days:
· ITCHL will be dropped from all the BSE Indices at the last traded price.
These actions will be included in end of day corporate action file (*.SDE) on Friday, January 03, 2025.
