This is in continuation to the Exchange notice 20240513-22 dated May 13, 2024, 20240909-12 dated Sep 09’ 2024 and 20241004-47 dated Oct 04’ 2024 prescribing the format of the contract note, STP IFN515 and FAQs for providing ECN with single WAP for trades across Exchanges. We also refer to Exchange notice 20241031-9 dated Oct 31’ 2024 wherein date of implementation has been extended for aforesaid compliance till Jan 31, 2025.
In view of the extended timeline coinciding with Union Budget Day and various other planned regulatory releases in coming month, there have been request from various stakeholders to review the timeline. Considering the same, it has been decided to revise the timelines for aforesaid compliance to March 28, 2025.
Members, Custodians and Vendors are required to take note of the above and ensure compliance.
