This is in continuation with Exchange notice no 20200907-7 dated, September 07, 2020 pertaining to the Delisting Offer made by HT Global Holdings B.V. (“Acquirer”) along with HT Global IT Solutions Holdings Limited (“PAC”) to the public shareholders of Hexaware Technologies Limited (“Target Company”)
All Market Participants, Trading Members and Custodians are hereby informed that the Manager to the issue has informed the Exchange that the Bid closing date of the Delisting Offer made by HT Global Holdings B.V. (“Acquirer”) along with HT Global IT Solutions Holdings Limited (“PAC”) to the public shareholders of Hexaware Technologies Limited (“Target Company”) is extended to September 16, 2020 from September 15,2020. Accordingly, the Bid Closing date for the Delisting Offer of Hexaware Technologies Limited is Wednesday, September 16,2020.
The Manager to the issue has also informed that the Addendum to the Public Announcement and Letter of Offer will also be published in the newspapers in which the Public Announcement was published.
Letter dated September 15, 2020 from the Manager to the issue along with Addendum to the Public Announcement is attached for information.
