Call auction trading mechanism at the pre-open will be introduced soon by BSE. Based on SEBI circulars issued on the subject on July 15, 2010 & August 27, 2010, BSE has issued market-wide notices on July 20, 2010 & August 31, 2010 respectively. We request all members to study the SEBI circulars before participating in the mock trading session. We had also conducted a ‘Concept Education & Awareness’ session in Mumbai for all trading members on this subject on September 15, 2010.
For this, we have scheduled a mock trading session on Saturday, 18th September, 2010. For members to take maximum advantage, we have scheduled 2 rounds of call auction mock trading on 18th September, 2010. To participate in the mock trading session, members are advised to download the BOLT TWS 50.21 Beta version. We request all trading Members to participate in the mock trading session to familiarize themselves with the Call Auction trading mechanism and BOLT-TWS version 50.21 Beta as well as IML 50.00 version.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS VERSION IS ONLY FOR MOCK TRADING AND NOT FOR LIVE TRADING ON MONDAY, 20TH SEPTEMBER, 2010. TRADING MEMBERS ARE THEREFORE REQUESTED TO REVERT TO BOLT TWS VER 50.10 POST MOCK TRADING. For the benefit of trading members, a follow-on mock (for BOLT TWS 50.10) will also be conducted on the same day.

DONWLOAD OF BOLT TWS 50.21 Beta:
- Use BOLT -> BOLT Changes for Windows NT option in Dload32 to download the new BOLT TWS version 50.21 Beta.
- Please note that new version will be available for downloading from Dload32 on Friday, 17th September, 2010 from 7.30 p.m. onwards.
As mentioned above, Trading members are requested to participate in follow-on mock on that day for BOLT TWS 50.10 version, which is the current live version that would be applicable on Monday, 20th September. As explained above, the BOLT TWS 50.10 can be downloaded from Dload.
FOR ALL IML USERS:
In addition, we have earlier circulated information on IML 50.00 version, for Call Auction and is available for testing. All IML users are also hereby informed that in order to participate for Call Auction, IML version 50.00 needs to be installed. However, please note that trading from Monday, 20th September, 2010 will continue with your existing version used in live and not IML version 50.00. You may therefore participate in follow-on mock also.
