Caution to investors

We draw your attention to our earlier cautionary notice(s) issued on February 14, 2024 and March 11, 2024 by BSE. In continuation, it is brought to the attention of investors that a ‘WhatsApp’ group named "India Stock market trading group" operating through mobile number “9639493180, 9093667060, 8870567995, 9110748966, 7544998799, 7595810122, 7644037948, 6301386770 & 9918312246” is claiming to offer stocks at discounted rates as compared to the normal market rates on BSE platform and promises to provide ‘Block Trading 10X return investment plan in 100 days’. These claims are false and misleading.
The investors are cautioned and advised not to be a part of any such group on WhatsApp or subscribe to any such scheme/product offered by any person/entity offering indicative/assured/guaranteed returns in the stock market as the same is prohibited by law. Further, investors are advised not to share their personal credentials such as personal identity, address, Bank account, demat account details etc.
BSE reiterates that it does not initiate, approve or endorse any such group or scheme or any other social media platform and any participation in such WhatsApp group or prohibited schemes is at investors' own risk, cost and consequences. Any complaints pertaining to such groups/ schemes/ social media platforms would not be dealt with by BSE.
