Mithakhali Underbridge, Ahmedabad -380009. It is the Group Company / Sister Concern of M/s Khajanchi & Gandhi Finstock Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Khajanchi & Gandhi Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd. Both the above sister concerns are member of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange and member of National Stock Exchange respectively. Further, since the group Companies are already a member of the stock exchanges, except BSE, the Khajanchi & Gandhi Group has decided to have a membership of Bombay Stock Exchange and for that purpose the group has decided to incorporate new company and with this intension (KGBPL) is established. The basic logic behind getting the BSE Membership is that that after becoming a member of BSE, the company would have a dual benefit of having membership of both the Exchanges (one in the name of group company) of India which have crossed the geographical barriers of India (i.e. BSE and NSE) and has reached to even deep interiors of the Country. Its directors possess extensive experience in stock market activities and have good knowledge of stock market rules and regulations. |
