BSE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND CONCERNING THE QUALITY, SAFETY OR SUITABILITY OF THE SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BSE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE TRUTH, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY STATEMENTS, INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONCERNING THE SOFTWARE THAT IS CONTAINED ON AND WITHIN ANY OF THE WEBSITES OWNED AND OPERATED BY BSE.

IN NO EVENT WILL BSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER THEY MAY ARISE AND EVEN IF BSE HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

There are inherent dangers in the use of any software available for download on the Internet, and BSE cautions you to make sure that you completely understand the potential risks before downloading any of the software. You are solely responsible for adequate protection and backup of the data and equipment used in connection with any of the software, and BSE will not be liable for any damages that you may suffer in connection with using, modifying or distributing any of the software

There are certain tools available as freeware. You may download and use these tools only if you agree with the terms & conditions given below. It is your responsibility to read it and and understand its terms and conditions.

You may: a. install and use the Software on any computer in your possession or under your control; and b. copy and redistribute the Software provided it is not modified in any way and you do not charge for its distribution, without explicit prior written permission of BSE.

You may not: a. modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software; b. sell, rent, lease, or charge for access to the Software; c. remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software. or d. distribute the Software for a fee, whether as a stand-alone product, or as part of a compilation or anthology, without BSE's prior written consent;

TITLE Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software, and any copies of the Software shall at all times remain with BSE and/or its suppliers. The Software is protected by the copyright laws of India and international copyright treaties.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND UPDATES This Agreement does not entitle you to receive from BSE printed manuals, technical support, phone support, updates, or enhancements to the Software. BSE may at its own discretion offer fee-based support, consulting and custom engineering services for the Software.

NO BSE's VENDOR OR AGENT IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATIONS, EXTENSIONS, OR ADDITIONS TO THIS DISCLAIMER.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BSE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF BSE SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These terms & conditions are in addition to the 'Disclaimer' on the BSE website/s and supersede any other communications, advertisements, or understandings with respect to the Software.
