It has been brought to the attention of the Exchange that following individuals are allegedly engaged in unauthorised activities like investment/trading recommendations without Research Analyst Registration, including soliciting funds from investors:

The designated bank accounts disclosed by Trading Members to the Exchange, known as Upstreaming Client Bank Accounts for receiving investors funds, are displayed under the Member Directory link.  Investors are advised to verify these details when dealing with an individual or entity.

The list of fake application/Website URLs/links as reported by investors/Members/Investment Advisers and Research Analyst, is available on the Exchange website under the following link:

The investors are cautioned and advised not to subscribe to any scheme/product offered by any person/entity offering indicative/assured/guaranteed returns in the stock market as the same is prohibited by law. Further, investors are advised not to share their trading credentials such as user id/password with anyone for trading in their account/handling of the portfolio.

Participation in such prohibited schemes is at investors' own risk, cost and consequences as such schemes are neither approved nor endorsed by the Exchange. The investors may note that for any kind of disputes relating to such prohibited schemes none of the following recourses will be available to investors:
