Rights Issue of 24,00,00,000 Equity Shares of our Company for cash at apar of Rs.2.00 (Rupees Two Only) per Right Shares aggregating Rs.48,00,00,000 ( Rupees Forty Eight Crore Only) on a rights basis to the Eligible Shareholders of our Company in the ratio of 12 Right Shares for every 29 Equity Shares held by the Eligible Shareholders of our Company on the Record Date i.e. Monday, June 24, 2024.
