Compliance Status of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement
As per the provisions of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement, Companies are required to file with BSE the Corporate Governance Report within 15 days from the end of the quarter. As per the records of the Exchange, some companies have not filed Corporate Governance Report for the quarter ended December 2011.
