In this connection, the Company has now received a formal intimation from M/s. ASQ Connect Limited dtd. 10th instant, that subsequent to the termination notice dated 13th September, 2018 for termination of Settlement Agreement dated 21st July, 2017 and in exercise of their rights under clause 4.6 of the Share Pledge Agreement dated 3rd January, 2018, they have accordingly invoked on 4th October, 2018, 52,183 Equity Shares (approx. 24%) of M/s. Bombay Minerals
Limited (Wholly-owned Subsidiary) which were under pledge with them.
