This is to inform that Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd ('Karvy Computershare') is acting as the RTA of the Company i.r.o. Listed Equity Shares & Listed NCDs issued by the Company by way of private placement.

The Company has been informed by Karvy Computershare that pursuant to Order of the Hyderabad Bench of the NCLT, the operations of Karvy Computershare, have been transferred on ongoing basis to Karvy Fintech Pvt Ltd ('Karvy Fintech') w.e.f. 17.11.2018.

The Company has been further informed that pursuant to and in terms of the aforesaid Order, all existing agreements to which Karvy Computershare is a party, including the Tripartite agreements entered into by the Company with Karvy Computershare, shall remain in full force and effect as if Karvy Fintech has been a party thereto.

We request you to update in your records the name of Karvy Fintech Pvt Ltd, as the RTA of the Company in respect of Equity Shares & Non-Convertible Debentures issued by the Company by way of private placement.
