    We wish to inform the exchange that at the Board Meeting held today i.e. 30th April, 2018 the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. Shri Dass Maheshwari (DIN: 00181615) as Whole-time Director-Finance with the designation of Whole-time Director-Finance & Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 30th April, 2018 for a term of 3 years (details has been enclosed as per Regulation 30 of Para of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015).

    His appointment will be subject to the approval of the shareholder sof the company in their ensuing meeting
