In continuation to our letter dated 29th March, 2018 we would like to inform you that subsequent to payment against settlement amount in relation to loan of State Bank of India taken over by Alchemist Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (Trust- VII) the company has received a no due certificate from Alchemist Asset Reconstruction Company Limited stating that there are no further dues remaining to the Company in relation to the loan of State Bank of India taken over by them.
This is hereby a disclosure under regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as the above correspondence can be treated as material.
