Pursuant to the provision of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, we wish to inform you that trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting wherein, inter-alia, the approval of the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2025, would be considered by the Board. The date of Board Meeting will be informed in due course.
