Since IND-AS (Indian Accounting Standards) is made applicable to GIC HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED for the first time from the first quarter 2018 onwards. Considering the extended time permissible as per SEBI circular number CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016, the Board of Directors of the company will consider Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2018 in Some Other Board Meeting (Not in the board meeting scheduled to be held on 2nd August, 2018) for which the date will be informed to Stock Exchanges as per Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015.
