Further to above, we hereby intimate that due to 'Janamastmi Festival' on 3rd September, 2018, the date of next AGM is changed from 3rd September, 2018 to 17th September, 2018 at 10.00 a.m.
Also, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 11, 2018 to September 17, 2018 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Final Dividend at the rate of Rs. 9/- per share for Financial Year 2017-18, and AGM to be held on September 17, 2018 at 10.00 am. |
