This is in reference to NBCC's letter No. NBCC/BS/2017-18 dated December 25, 2017 on the news item appeared in various Newspapers on December 24, 2017 regarding sub contracting of Pragati Maidan Re-development Project.
During the vigilance review, the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), NBCC informed the Board of Directors in their 457th Board Meeting held on March 8, 2018 that CBI has filed charge sheet in the case and no charges have been established against Shri Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC as during the investigation the allegations against him were not found corroborated.
