In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015, it is hereby informed that there has been a fire accident in one of the plants of the Company situated at Kosi Kalan, Distt. Mathura (U.P.) on April 29, 2018 at about 12.30 P.M.
The fire was brought under control by the fire fighter. Due to fire raw material cotton stock was partially damaged. There has been no loss or injury to human life and machinery. The Company in the process of ascertaining of actual loss caused by the fire and also lodged claim with Insurance Company. The Plant production has since been restored.
