| Exchange Received Time 17/02/2018 11:50:55 Exchange Disseminated Time 17/02/2018 11:51:01 Time Taken 00:00:06 | With reference to the above, we hereby state that Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2017 ('financial results') as adopted and approved in the Board Meeting held on 12th February, 2018 along with Limited Review Report and the Outcome of the Board Meeting were submitted to NSE vide application no. 2018/Feb/2939/3060.
However, it was observed that in said financial results, the figures against point 2 (d) 'Employee Benefit Expenses' for fifth column headed 'Unaudited Financial result of Nine months ended on 31st December, 2016' amounting to Rs. 540.30 Lakhs was erroneously not recorded which consequently changed the summation figures and hence, the actual net figures in the said column were not reflected.
To rectify the said error, the Company is hereby submitting the revised signed copy of the said financial results. Please be rest assured as there are no other changes in the financial results except the one referred above.
We request you to take the revised financial results on records.
