| Exchange Received Time 26/06/2018 13:00:58 Exchange Disseminated Time 26/06/2018 13:01:04 Time Taken 00:00:06 | We enclose herewith a copy of advertisement published in Business Standard all editions in India and Vadodara Samachar, Vadodara giving Notice to the Shareholders of the Company to claim their Unpaid Final Dividend 2010-11 on or before 25th July, 2018 as the Company will be required to transfer of its Unclaimed Final Dividend for 2010-11 to IEPF Account on or before 19th August, 2018 as provided under Section 124 and 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Act) read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Auditing, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 (Rules). Further, the Company is also required to transfer the shares of those Shareholders who have not claimed their Dividend in last seven consecutive years to IEPF Account as provided in Section 125 of the Act.
