| Exchange Received Time 13/08/2018 16:06:18 Exchange Disseminated Time 13/08/2018 16:06:26 Time Taken 00:00:08 | We write to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. August 13, 2018, has approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Three months ended June 30, 2018, which have been subjected to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations).
A copy of the said results along with the limited review report is appended hereto and the same are being uploaded on the website of the Company i.e. www.hubtown.co.in. The said results would also be published in the newspapers in the prescribed format.
Please note that in terms of Hubtown Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the window for trading in the shares of the Company by its employees and directors will open from Thursday, August 16, 2018.
