-consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Corporation for the quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2018
-consider and approve the Audited and Consolidated Financial Results of the Corporation for the Financial year ended 31st March, 2018 and
-consider and recommend dividend, if any, on Equity Shares for the Financial year ended 31st March, 2018.
As per the Corporation's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window has been closed for Directors/ Designated Persons from 26th April, 2018 to 23rd May, 2018 (both days inclusive).
